A.  We are currently trading under WINTER hours.

Q. How do I know which ski or wakeboard will suit me?

 

A. Check out the tables on our Tips & Hints page.  If you know your skill level & weight, you'll be able to work it out.  If you're still unsure, contact us and we'll help.

 

Q. How do I make a purchase?

 

A. Firstly, give us a call or email to check availability of the product you are interested in.  We can set the product aside for collection when it suits you or arrange for it to be sent to you.  Direct Deposit facilities are available via Internet Banking or phone us, we can accept Credit Card over the phone.  

 

Q. How do I collect my purchase?

 

A. We will contact you to arrange collection or delivery at a time that is convenient for you.

 

Q. Can I have my purchase posted to me?

 

A. It absolutely depends on what you are purchasing & where you live.  If you let us know your postcode (Australia only) we will let you know how much you can expect to pay for freight.
